Thomas Gage Arnold

Gage is a Partner with New York Life and has been with the company since 2013. After building a successful financial practice and achieving Executive Council* in his first two years, Gage soon found a passion in helping others achieve the same, if not greater, successes as his own by challenging others to grow through the same systematic process which led to his successes. He was promoted at a young age and quickly rose to become a highly respected Partner in the DC area.

Gage graduated from St. Vincent College with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics in 2013. An athlete throughout his entire career, Gage graduated as the captain of St. Vincent's soccer team before finally hanging up the cleats and focusing on his career. From athletics into the professional world, Gage has always found pleasure in lifting up those around him.

Outside the office, Gage takes on a leadership role with Arlington Cornhole which brings cornhole players together for fun and competition while donating all proceeds to various local charities. Gage is also a leader and founding member of a small and growing group called Millennials in Leadership (MIL) with the goal of giving the Millennial generation an avenue to network while giving back to the community and improving their public image.
