Rosani Hernandez-Madrid

Rosani Hernandez obtained her bachelor’s in Business Management from George Mason University. After four years in the banking industry Rosani joined New York Life's Greater Washington office in 2017 as an agent.

As a Council Agent, she created stability and peace of mind providing financial solutions for individuals, families, and business owners. Rosani joined the Greater Washington Leadership team in 2018 and is currently the Regional Development Manager for Greater Washington and Northern Virginia offices. Her passion is to empower others to become a better version of themselves.

She is part of the Leadership Prince William and Mujeres de HACE Alumni. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends biking or snowboarding. Servant leadership is the motto she lives by and giving back to the community is what she enjoys the most.
