Frances began her career as an agent with New York Life in June 2012. Born and raised in the Philippines, Frances has indeed been inspired by her parents – who were both successful life insurance agents for over 20 years – to pursue the same career. Frances graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific, with a Master of Science in Business Management Degree. In December 2005, Frances immigrated to the United States and started a career in the Banking Industry, until joining New York Life in 2012. Three years later, she joined the Northern Virginia Management Team as a Development Manager. Frances currently resides in Maryland with her husband Marvin and her two daughters. She enjoys spending time with family, playing musical instruments, watching live music, and serving at their local church as a musician.
