Responsible for General Office operations and staff development including life new business functions, agent contract and license support, staff recruitment and development and overall customer service. Acts as a mentor and trainer to lower level processors and supervisors. Responsible for development and performance of direct reports as well as Service staff at large.
Courtney began her New York Life career in June 2006 in the Louisiana General Office. She later trained in the New Orleans General Office and the Greater Chicago General Office. In July 2010, she went on to be the office manager of the Norfolk General Office until August 2018 when she was promoted to Corporate Vice President of the Northern Virginia General Office.
Courtney is an avid sports fan and enjoys hiking, going to concerts and attending sporting events. Geaux Tigers!
